We will see if this company is a fraud or not. I paid 50% for our KX050 excavator, which was expected to be delivered in 7 days. It was supposed to arrive next Monday. I received a text message from the driver stating that the weather was bad and he would be delayed by 2 days. On Tuesday, I was told that the driver was on his way and would be on location by 12-1 pm on Wednesday. I waited around our site all day Wednesday and asked for an updated ETA around noon, but received no response. I attempted to contact the driver several times with no reply all afternoon. I finally reached out to Tony, who also hadn’t heard from the driver and was expecting a response later that evening.

I received an email on 5/19/25 saying that due to snow in my state, some roads were closed and the driver was coming slowly. Tony assured me that I would get the machine delivered in the morning, so I will update you if I get my KX by then.

UPDATE: 5/20/25: I finally received my excavator. I was a little scared that I had been scammed, but in the end, everything is okay. I want to apologize for being paranoid and skeptical. I hope you understand that this was my first time buying something sight unseen and for such a long distance. I appreciate your professionalism, Tony, and your proper communication.
