Even though I ended up not buying a machine from here, I wanted to leave a review. Probably the best equipment shopping experience I had when looking for a new equipment. Tony was great, super informative and was able to answer all my questions. Didn’t feel pushy at all, very straightforward and honest feeling place. Would recommend to anyone looking for an equipment.

Absolutely horrible customer service! My husband had been on contact for several days about a specific machine. The salesperson Tony and my husband set up a time for him to look at it. My husband drove over an hour to the lot and when he arrived, they told him the unit had sold 20 minutes before he got there! Unbelievable, would not recommend to anyone.

I filled out a kbb instant cash offer and Rex contacted me saying they wanted my vehicle and was constantly asking me to come see him. I explained that I live over 6 hours away. I was completely honest on the kbb assessment about the damage it has. I finally get time to come see him and he wouldn’t even make an offer on it, he said that he doesn’t want salvage vehicles in the inventory. So I drove all that way and used all that gas to be turned away because even though the vehicle matched what I put they didn’t want it after all. I understand business and I know dealerships are looking for vehicles that they can get the biggest profit off of, but to have me wasted that much time and gas when the damage was what I put to the best of my abilities. I definitely won’t be back.
