I was told 10 days so I waited and waited. 12 days passed and I decided to check so I gave them a call to see if they could tell me if my excavator was almost in New Jersey. I finally get someone on the phone and they tell me something I never thought I would hear, ” It will be there in 5 to 7 days, We apologize it is not our fault, these things happen sometimes with CD

Very hard to get on the phone to schedule the next steps.

The service was horrible, Rex didn’t know what’s going on and giving wrong information. My credit union was requesting documents for a letter of credit, we waited 2 days for that and the third day Rex called me saying they will not accept a letter of credit for payment, he was also very rude to my banker telling her that he never heard of this small credit union and when he said they are FDIC insured he started yelling at her asking what did FDIC Insured meant back in 2008. My advice is to stay away from them.

Been going to Rex for years. He’s the best, never steers us wrong and always the best service. At this point he’s like family.
